Lou Puliti, Broker/Owner

I was born and raised in the Harrisburg area and attended Bishop McDevitt High School. After high school I attended HACC and Penn State Extension Center studying Business Administration and Accounting. I started my real estate career at Dougherty and Twigg Real Estate in 1968. Six Months later I married the Love of My Life Juliana. After 10 years with D&T I became the Office Manager and realized soon afterwards that I wanted to open my own Real Estate Office. In the summer of 1978 I opened L.S.Puliti Real Estate. In 1980 I met my partner Ron Freedman and we discussed a new 100% commission concept called RE/MAX. That was 29 years ago and today through much development and growth we are Central PA’s “PREMIER” Real Estate Office.

Dave Smolizer, Sales Manager

Dave was born in Harrisburg. He graduated from La Salle University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Finance. Dave and his wife Kathy have 3 daughters. He enjoys relaxing at the beach with his family along with selling real estate.

As a Realtor in the Harrisburg area for over 30 years, Dave just celebrated his 25th year at Re/Max Realty Associates, Inc.

Dave is active in his community as Chairman of The East Pennsboro Recreation Board. As a professional Realtor, Dave has numerous awards including; Realtor of The Year, Professional Merit, and Special Recognition award for his efforts in the establishment of the Harrisburg Realtors Foundation. Dave is also a past President of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors.

As Sales Manager & Recruiting Director for Re/Max Realty Associates, Inc. Dave enjoys working with agents to achieve their personal & financial goals.

DeeAnn Hardy, Administrator

I grew up in Middletown, PA. My husband Tom and I have been married since 1988 and we have 3 children. The latest addition to our family is our beloved Black Lab, Champ! I enjoy reading, working on the computer and cross stitch crafts. Family is most important to me! I have a degree in Business Administration. In my position with RE/MAX Realty Associates, I maintain our telephone system, email and servers. I create and conduct agent / staff trainings, assist in staff supervision and help to organize meetings and events. This office is a great place to work!

Rebecca Bagot, Accounts Administrator

I was born and raised outside of Hartford, Connecticut. I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut and I am currently working on a second BS in Business Administration from Central Pennsylvania College. I reside in Carlisle where I like to read, hike and enjoy my large quiet backyard. My position with RE/MAX gives me the opportunity to work with our great agents and recruits. Heather Cline, Listing Coordinator

I have lived in the Central PA area for the majority of my life. I attended Cedar Cliff High School and currently reside in Harrisburg. Before coming to RE/MAX Realty Associates I was a Sales Manager for an exclusive indirect dealer of T-Mobile. I have been with RE/MAX for 2 years and enjoy helping our agents in any way that I can. My position as listing coordinator gives me an opportunity to learn new skills and keep up to date with the latest tools available to assist our agents.

Judy Palm, Transaction Coordinator

I really enjoy my new real estate family with over 80 agents and staff. My job allows a great deal of interaction with mortgage companies, attorneys and settlement agencies – all committed to creating a wonderful home for a new buyer by making the transaction for the seller as smooth as possible, all in a timely manner. Having been with real estate as an agent for over 18 years and working in the mortgage field in the Harrisburg area for over 11 years, this position blends both sides of any transaction into one, always finding new ways to inspire and grow.
