Integrity Home Sales Team	Michelle Sneidman and Dave Jones moved their business to Re/Max from a traditional, commission split, real estate office. Moving to Re/Max allowed us the flexibility to structure our team, and our business plan to accommodate the needs and goals of our team. Re/Max is a very team-friendly office and organization. The office provides all of the support that we need, from promotional material, processing transactions, marketing assistance and training needs. Fellow seasoned agents in the office are always available to bounce ideas off of. Ron and Lou are very supportive and always available if we have a challenging transaction and need advice or assistance.

Robert Anderson	Back in August of 1997 I sat down with Ron and Lou to discuss the 100% commission structure, market share and the RE/MAX philosophy. My objective was simple: increase income. Ten short years later I have not only found that my income has increased but even more importantly, my quality of life has increased exponentially. I owe much of this “balanced life” accomplishment to Lou and Ron. They both put their careers on the line to open up the Camp Hill “RE/MAX” office back when the “100%” concept was an unknown and perceived as economically risky. I am thankful to them for truly being a pioneer of the local real estate industry. RE/MAX Realty Associates has evolved into one of, if not, the premiere real estate offices in South Central Pennsylvania. They both have quite a bit to be proud of and I am certainly not naïve to think that their business concept has not been a major contributor to my success. I am grateful to Lou, Ron and the entire RE/MAX organization.

John Esser	As a new agent in the business I choose RE/MAX Realty Associates for its market presence as a “Global Leader in Real Estate” with an outstanding track record year after year, and for its recognition as having the most experienced, productive and professional agents within the industry. Michelle Leo	In 2008, I decided to make a career change to real estate after spending 17 years in the "corporate world". Before I decided to affiliate myself with RE/MAX, I did my due diligence and met with several other brokers. I met with Lou Puliti and quickly came to the conclusion that I wanted to be aligned with RE/MAX Realty Associates due to their positive reputation in Central PA and "support". As a new agent, I was concerned about being lost in the crowd but that did not happen. I was fortunate to have a mentor who is a top producer (Gary Muccio) to show me the ropes. In addition to the mentor program, I also took advantage of the weekly training sessions. It's been 1.5 years now and I'm very pleased with my decision and my real estate business. I still have a lot to learn but I have a solid foundation to build upon - thanks to RE/MAX Realty Associates!

Joe Schuetz	Congratulations on running the finest real estate office that I know of! I would like to thank Ron and Lou for inviting me to join their company. It has been a very enjoyable experience thus far and I think that is a direct result of their leadership. They have been innovative in running the company.
